What to Expect
We know surgery day can feel stressful for pet owners. Our team
works hard to make the process smooth, transparent, and
comfortable for both you and your pet from check-in through
recovery.

both pets and their owners, and we’re always happy to answer any
questions you may have before your pet’s appointment begins.

During this time, you’ll also have the opportunity to discuss

support gut health, dental products to maintain their oral health,
or other medications designed to keep your pet comfortable during
healing.

Drop-off Completed

experienced medical team closely monitors all patients throughout
the day to ensure they remain safe, comfortable, and stress-free.

Discharge
will contact you to arrange pickup. We kindly ask that pets be
picked up within approximately one hour of our call so they can
continue recovering comfortably at home.
At discharge, a team member will review all charges, medications,
recovery instructions, feeding guidelines, activity restrictions, and
any recommended follow-up care. We’ll also take time to answer
any questions you may have before heading home.
For convenience, you’ll receive your post-operative instructions
and payment details by email or text for easy reference after your
visit.
Follow-Up
following day, a member of our team will reach out to check on
your pet’s recovery, answer any additional questions, and address
any concerns you may have.
